王左敏 首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院口腔科主任，主任医师、教授、博士生导师。中华口腔医学会全科口腔专业委员会副主任委员，中华口腔医学会牙周病学专业委员会常务委员，中华口腔医学会口腔医学科研管理分会常务委员，中国老年学和老年医学学会口腔保健分会副主任委员兼总干事，中国牙病防治基金会公共关系部主任，北京口腔医学会口腔激光医学专业委员会主任委员，北京口腔医学会牙周病学专业委员会副主任委员，北京预防医学会口腔保健专业委员会副主任委员，北京医师协会知名专家。长期从事口腔与全身疾病的基础和临床研究，主要研究方向为牙周炎与慢性阻塞性肺疾病的相关关系，主持国家自然科学基金等项目30余项，在权威期刊上发表论文100余篇，出版专著6部。
《中国口腔健康发展报告（2022）》在中国老年学和老年医学学会指导下，由中国老年学和老年医学学会口腔保健分会组织实施，重庆登康口腔护理用品股份有限公司支持，来自国内知名大学、研究机构、口腔医学院、著名医疗机构、行业协会的专家共同编纂完成的首部关于我国老年人口腔健康现状与发展及其对社会影响的蓝皮书。报告共分为六部分，分别为总报告、地区口腔健康流行病学篇、口腔疾病预治篇、口腔护理保健篇、口腔健康教育篇及附录。
报告以 “老年人口腔健康状况” 为主题，对我国老年人口腔健康总体状况以及华北、华东、西南地区老年人口腔健康状况进行了分析和总结，形成了我国老年人口腔健康状况报告。报告指出，现阶段，我国老年人龋病、牙周病、牙列缺损与缺失等口腔疾病患病率较高，口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤的发病率有上升趋势。
报告聚焦我国老年人口腔常见病、多发病的防治等问题，结合国际国内的最新研究进展，对我国老年人龋病、牙周病、牙列缺损与缺失以及口腔癌前病变和恶性肿瘤等口腔常见病、多发病的发病特点与防治原则进行总结分析，对我国老年人口腔卫生保健提出了改进和指导意见。
报告指出，老年人的口腔健康问题更为复杂，其口腔疾病不仅发病率高，而且与全身性疾病的关系更为密切，对全身健康的影响更大，直接关系到老年人的生活与生命质量及生存状态。我国老年人口腔保健事业的发展还有很多问题亟待解决，从口腔健康实践方面服务于国家积极应对人口老龄化发展战略，结合国家形势和任务要求，全社会应行动起来，调动一切积极因素，全方位关注老年人口腔健康，重点关注老年人常见口腔疾病的防治，开拓创新，全面提高我国老年人口腔健康水平。报告强调，老年人应树立积极的老龄口腔健康观，实施健全的口腔卫生保健模式，守护自身口腔健康和全身健康。
《中国口腔健康发展报告（2022）》的出版发行，为我国老年人口腔常见病、多发流行病学的调查分析及防治提供了较为全面的资料，提出了老年人口腔健康的卫生保健措施，为维护我国民众特别是老年人口腔健康提供了指导，为老年人口腔疾病防治政策和策略的修订提供了全面的参考，将为促进我国民众的口腔健康、提高其生活与生命质量发挥积极的作用。

Annual Report on Development of Chinese Oral Health (2022) is the first blue book of oral health of the elderly in China, which is under the guidance of gerontology and geriatrics society, organized and implemented by Chinese gerontology and geriatrics society oral health club, written by experts from well-known universities, research institutions, famous medical institutions, and finally published by Social Sciences Academic Press with the support from Dencare (Chongqing) Oral Care Co., Ltd. This blue book consists of 6 chapters including general report, regional epidemiology report, oral disease prevention and treatment, oral health education, oral health care and appendix.
Centering on the theme of oral health of the elderly, the report analyzed and summarized the oral health status of the elderly across China and in some regions (e. g. North China, East China and Southwest China) and finally formed the oral health report of the elderly in China. According to the report, the prevalence of oral diseases such as caries, periodontal diseases, dental defects and loss was high in the elderly, and the incidence of oral and maxillofacial malignancies was on the rise.
This report focused on the prevention and treatment of common oral diseases and frequently-occurring oral diseases in the elderly. Based on the latest research progress, this report summarized and analyzed the characteristics and principles of prevention and treatment of oral diseases, such as carries, periodontal diseases, dentition defect and loss, precancerous lesions and malignant tumors. Suggestions for improving the oral health care of the elderly were also made in the report.
The report pointed out that oral health problems of the elderly were more complex than the young. High prevalence of oral diseases and closer relationship with systemic diseases made a greater impact on the overall health which was directly related to the quality of life and survival of the elderly. There were still many problems to be solved in the development of oral health care for the elderly in China. The whole society should take active actions, pay full attention to oral health for the elderly, and focus on the prevention and treatment of commom oral diseases in the elderly to improve oral health of elderly people comprehensively.
The publication of this blue book not only provided comprehensive information on oral common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases of the elderly in China, but also helped to prevent, diagnose and treat oral common diseases and frequently-occurring oral diseases. More importantly, this blue book provided a comprehensive reference for the revision of policies and strategies for the prevention and treatment of elderly oral diseases, which will play a positive role in promoting the oral health of Chinese people and improving the quality of life.
